I started with TeamJesBon after suffering a severely sprained ankle and a broken heel while racing my dirtbike. I had very limited success with extremely expensive physical therapists. The education I gained from working with TeamJesBon was extremely valuable, and I have made a complete recovery. TeamJesBon provided me with corrective exercises to rebuild strength in my foot and ankle. In addition to exercises to rehab my foot and ankle, I also began a 17 week periodized chart to peak my performance at the beginning of my race season. The chart was very specific to my needs, and allowed me to understand how the program works. The results have surpassed my expectations, and I am very happy to say that I am the strongest I have ever been! |
