I started this journey back in September with Jessie.  I remember walking up to her and going, "holy crap, she is crazy beautiful and I envy to be her."  My confidence wasn't a strong suit of mine but my determination and willingness was huge. It wasn't easy and it doesn't get easier. There were days I wanted to stop, or days I did cry in the gym but I wanted this, I chose this. I have always struggled with weight even when I was in my most active days. But that's the beauty of it all, the struggle.  Life doesn't go as planned and having it change is what makes this crazy life amazing. I just hope to inspire and let others know that it is possible.  And all those tears of sadness and pain will slowly turn into tears of happiness.  

Jessie did transform me but she transformed me not into her but into the strong woman that was hiding within.  I am beautiful, I look amazing, and don't ever be afraid to compliment yourself.  So I have one last question, what MOTIVATES you? The motivation is your drive and you keep pushing through it.

This woman/coach/friend/sister is the most genuine person I know. She has listened to me b****, cry, and cheer for how happy I am.  Whenever you need her, she is there. I have gained a swole angel through it all and most of all a fit family.  But really, who wouldn't want to be friends with a fit chick with that cool of leggings.  Had to through those in there.  SO remember all those tears will end in happiness.

I have been through many fad diets over the course of the past 3 years. I was weighing in at 260 in 2012. I got myself started but found that I was stuck and needed help. I stumbled across Jessica Bonincontri and my life changed completely. I found that I could actually eat and that I didn't need to do countless hours of cardio. I have learned so much from this experience. I have learned that I need to eat cleanly, food is fuel -- not pleasure. I have learned that lifting weights helps increase metabolism from muscle mass. I have learned that water is so very important to weight loss. Also, I have learned not to worry what the scales say and just listen to my body and observe how it changes. I'm so excited to continue to learn and become a future bikini competitor.”

​From my first show in April, up until my second show recently, I have grown so much as an athlete. At my first show I was so nervous and did not know if I was really made to compete in shows. After building up over the summer with Jess, I have made a huge change not only with my body, but with myself. I had so much more confidence this time around and loved being able to show off my hard work on stage. When you have a coach that cares and puts as much work into you, as she does herself, it makes a world of a difference. I cannot wait to continue to work with this team and grow with each competition season!

​I would've never thought that I would be where I am today. Not only with school and what not, but with my overall self and life. In just 6 months my life has been totally changed. And for the better at that! I've gotten through my first year of college as a student here at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, currently on my 3rd semester as a sophomore, and even placed in my first Men's Physique competition. Even while in school I meal prepped and did my whole workout plan all from the dorms! I started my journey with Jess and TeamJesBon back in April. I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to do a show. I didn't exactly know when but that's what I wanted. The end of my freshman year I meal prepped every weekend in large quantities and stored them in containers in the fridges here in the dorms. Then at the start of this semester I did the same thing. If you really want to succeed bad enough at something, you'll do what has to be done to make things work. It seems like a lot of work, I know, but it was actually quite easy. If you don't have access to someone with a house so you could use their kitchen, you can easily buy an activity card for about $20 and use it for the kitchens here in the dorms. After all the prepping was said and done, it really paid off. I placed 3rd for the Teen's Physique Class at Badger State 2015! My first show and I got 3rd! So i'm telling everyone that it is possible living in the dorms or where ever you are. It may be difficult and you may want to give up at time, DON'T. My team and amazing coach have been with me the entire time as a great support system. Honestly the best and most genuine 
people ever. TeamJesBon is my team and I love them all. If I can do it, ANYONE can. Anything is possible.

​Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life. I worked as a personal trainer in the past and I currently work as a nutritionist. My days are spent helping others work towards their health goals and I love it! However, somewhere along the line I lost the focus on MY goals. About a year ago, I decided that enough was enough. I wanted my self-confidence back. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and started training for my first bikini competition (on my own). Unfortunately, without proper guidance and support, I hit an all-time low after my first competition. Instead of giving up, I reached out to Jess for some help. This was by far the best decision that I have ever made for myself! I have been training with Jess for the past 6 months. Not only have I seen drastic physical changes, but even more importantly I have seen a transformation in my confidence levels. I just finished my second bikini show on a much more positive note than my first. I had so much fun that I decided to continue training for my third show next month! Having the support of an amazing coach and team has made this journey more empowering than words can explain. I am so thankful for Team JesBon and I can't wait to see what the future holds! :)

​​Strong is the new skinny! 
I have always been small and skinny throughout my life. Since recently I probably haven't gained weight since 8th grade. I am now 22! But about a year ago I starter personal training with Jess. Ever since then, I have been seeing results after results! I never had any muscle whatsoever. Now I can say I have lots! I weighed around 115 lbs. Now I weigh around 125 lbs. That's 10 lbs of muscle that I have gained and I am very proud of that! I have really enjoyed working with Jess on my diet and workout plan. It has all been a great learning experience. The fact that Jess is always there for me, from staying in touch to sending workout videos for every day is a great support to have during this process! With the help of Jess, I have now decided to start competing in bikini competitions. It has been a great journey so far and I can't wait to see what comes next!

Less than 8 weeks and she is still going!
Growing up, I was always overweight. I was a chubby baby, who grew into a chubby toddler, who grew into a chubby child, who grew into a chubby teenager, who grew into a chubby adult; you get the picture. For years and years I was teased, bullied, and harassed about my size, and I thought that this was it-this was the way it’s always been, so this is the way it’s always going to be. After high school, I became very depressed about my size and was dependent on food: I would eat when I was sad, or when I was happy, or stressed or scared or tired or bored. When I turned 21, I completely spiraled out of control and ballooned up the heaviest I ever was. I was drinking a lot, and often; and would stuff my face with greasy food at 3am after a booze filled night of taking shots. Shortly before being introduced to Jess and Team Jesbon, I had just ended a pretty toxic relationship with my boyfriend of almost 5 years; I was at an all-time low and had zero self-esteem or motivation to do anything about it. I believed all of the nasty things I had been called throughout my life to be true.  When I looked in the mirror, I hated who I saw looking back at me, and knew I needed to do something about it.  It was then, that I reconnected with an old friend on Facebook, who happened to be a member of Team Jesbon, and had appeared to have transformed her entire life-mind, body, and soul. After weeks of social media stalking her photos, which documented her journey with Team Jesbon, and seeing her amazing results, I decided to reach out to her. I want to thank Avery from the bottom of my heart for encouraging me to contact Jess, and for her continued support throughout my own journey, it is the best decision I have made for myself in a very long time. Jess made this transition from my old “fat life” to my new “fit life” seamless-she has planned out every single step of the way for me. From what foods to eat and when, to what muscles to work and how to maximize my results, Jess has taught me that if I do what I have always done, I will get what I have always gotten. She is a constant lifeline and support for me, and is always just an email away. I can’t tell you how many times I have told her I wanted to quit, that the number on the scale was not reflective of all of the blood, sweat, and tears I have put into this program- I wanted to give up. Jess’ confidence in me has never wavered, she is always full of light and optimism, and has become a huge role model in my life.  I am just over halfway through my program with Jess, and am nowhere near where I want to be. But I have learned that I need to trust the process, and that I am better than I was yesterday- and tomorrow I will be even better than I am today. Jess Bonincontri and Team Jesbon is the greatest thing to have happened to me in as long as I can remember, and I will be forever grateful for Jess and all she has done, and continues to do for me. Thank you Jess, for your continued encouragement, support, and for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself-you truly are the most beautiful person I know, inside and out <3

​I was at my highest weight ever, waiting for a miracle to happen, while still stuffing my face with food that took me further from my goals, goals that I haven't even set yet because I wasn't sure how to achieve them. I was to the point where someone needed to physically bring me to the gym and show me what to do, and tell me exactly what to eat and how much. I've been an athlete my whole life and I couldn't get my sh*t together. I was embarrassed. It sounds cliche, but it's 100% true. After seeing a friends bikini post and seeing how great she looked and muscles, it was a no brainer, I had to do EXACTLY what she did. I didn't ask too many questions to Jessica, I just saw her results, and told her my goals. There was no other option at this point. Within a week of teamjesbon, I felt lighter, lost a couple pounds and got that zing I needed to keep me moving forward. Every week I either had a scale or non-scale success. I had pure tunnel vision for 8 weeks pushing through my excuses, my schedule, my kids, my husband, everything. I had the support I needed, knew this was what I needed to get back on track. I had set-backs, ate a few things I shouldn't have, but the next day, woke up and forgot about the day before. My motto was and still is "how bad do you want it." Eat & train for the body you want, not the one you have! I wanted success bad. I've always wanted a before/after picture and I got it! If you are not happy, how can you make anyone else happy? Just do it!

So today I took my weekly pregnant girl selfie showing off my now 23 week belly. More importantly I want to share that I'm in shorts!!!! I don't know the last time I even wore shorts! Not only that, they are my regular shorts, not maternity ones. My legs have always been an area of slight depression for me; bigger, cheesy, thigh rubbing depression. Yes, they still need a LOT of work, but 3 weeks with TEAMJESBON and eating clean and I'm in SHORTS! No more pants while in the 95 degree California spring heatwave! Hooray! (And a dirty mirror, oops)

​I have always struggled with my weight, constantly on a diet.  I would lose the weight and put it back on and then try to lose the weight again.  Every time I started putting weight back on I would go on a diet and it would only last a couple of months and then I would give up.  I always had the same New Year’s resolution – to lose weight.  Before I started personal training with Jessie I was walking on the treadmill 2 hours a day at least 5 days a week.  Walking during my lunch hour for 45 minutes a day 5 days a week and then I would participate  in morning spin classes 3 times a week.  And I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t losing weight. I was very unhappy with myself and I knew I needed to make a change.  I would watch ladies working with Jessie and decided I was going to work with a personal trainer also.  I meet Jessie and she changed my life.  Jessie worked with me to set up a food plan and an exercise program tailored to my goals and lifestyle.  Every time I work with Jessie she teaches me something new.  Whether it’s a nutritional fact or a new exercise.  Her knowledge of personal training, muscle groups, and nutritional information is unbelievable.  Her passion and enthusiasm to her clients is amazing.  She works very hard to help me reach my goals.  I couldn’t be happier with my results since working with Jessie.  Before I started with Jessie I was afraid of using the free weights and the weight machines because I didn’t know what I was doing.  Now I go to the Y any day of the week and I feel confident using the free weights and machines.

​Fitness has always been a part of my life and I've always enjoyed working out. However I remember I would spend countless hours at the gym and eating very little to lose a little weight. When I had my first child it took me over a year to lose the weight I had gained and gave up so many times. After my second child I hit the gym hard and wasn't seeing the results I expected! That's when I emailed TEAMJESBON to help me with my goals. I always thought the scale determined my health, but that is definitely not the case! You have taught me how to build muscle, how 
to eat to fuel your body and the proper ways to workout! I still have a long way to go, but with the knowledge I've been gaining, it'll last me forever! I truly appreciate the time and effort she puts in to making my goals possible!!

​I started with TeamJesBon after suffering a severely sprained ankle and a broken heel while racing my dirtbike. I had very limited success with extremely expensive physical therapists. The education I gained from working with TeamJesBon was extremely valuable, and I have made a complete recovery. TeamJesBon provided me with corrective exercises to rebuild strength in my foot and ankle. In addition to exercises to rehab my foot and ankle, I also began a 17 week periodized chart to peak my performance at the beginning of my race season. The chart was very specific to my needs, and allowed me to understand how the program works. The results have surpassed my expectations, and I am very happy to say that I am the strongest I have ever been!

​I’m 52 and don’t want to spend the rest of my life in the shape I’m in nor do I want to be the “old lady” huffing and puffing my way thru the rest of my life….….My struggle….not getting off the couch…inside I wanted to so badly….get myself to the gym and get my body strong and healthy…….
My true desire has always been to lift weights and have a decent amount of muscle mass…..but I wanted to do it correctly…..but I never pushed myself to do so….too afraid of the unknown.

Then God sent me an Angel and her name is Jessica…..she is truly amazing….this girl knows her stuff and can get ANYONE on the right path to their fitness goal!  I started with her on Jan 10th and feeling stronger and more confident as each week passes…..I know my journey to where I want and know I can be will be long and truly never ending…as one needs to take accountability for their health and fitness but with Jessica by my side; working with me I know I will get there…..she is inspirational!

​As a personal trainer myself, I thought I was in pretty good shape. I had been talking with Jess for almost a year about how I have always wanted to compete in a Bikini Competition. After months of random Facebook messages and text, at the beginning of this year I talked with Jess over the phone and she said to me, “Why not now? Why wait? Just do it. You keep asking me about competing, so do it!” I had been looking for that push. I needed someone else to tell me I could do it. Jess then asked what competition I wanted to do. I told her I did not want to do one in my hometown, Pensacola, FL because I didn’t want anyone I knew to see me. She then told be to "go big or go home, and compete in the Orlando Europa." I knew this competition, it was the one that SHE had won! Once she challenged me, I knew it was on. I have been so encouraged ever since. 

I would be lying if I said that it was easy, because it’s not. Not even for someone who personal trains for a living. I too struggle with eating “healthy” 24-7. It’s hard and it’s not for the weak. Competition prep is so mentally challenging, but it has been so great for my self esteem and confidence. I didn’t realize I was insecure at all until I started training. Now, I don’t care what others say about me. I feel great, energized, and motivated. This team makes me feel like family even though I’m all the way down here in Florida and most of them are in Wisconsin. I feel as I know them already and I have never even met them. Everyone is encouraging, positive, and they are the ones that keep me focus each day. 
I can’t wait to compete this May and finally meet a few of my teammates. This journey is just beginning and I can not wait to see where it takes me.

​I've been at war with my body for as long as I can remember. Fad diets, only eating 300 calories a day then bingeing at night. I started really focusing on my overall health after my father passed away March 2014. I lost 20 pounds on my own, but was lacking the motivation and accountability I was looking for. Then I found Jess and thank goodness I did. On this team I not only have diet and workouts tailored to my goals and body - but I have a huge support network. These girls and guys have been so inspiring it makes you feel amazing.  I finally want to challenge myself - working hard and the struggles that come with it make this journey so valued and appreciated. Jess is always there, no matter what your question is. A devoted team and a dedicated leader are what result in success. I am so happy I'm on this journey with Jess and the team, I love them so much :)

I am a quitter, I hurt, I hate exercise, I dislike vegetables, I don't have time, I am tired, I have too many other things to do, I don't have the money. These were my excuses and many more! I am the queen of excuses. 
I love to cook, bake and read. I am social and love to hang with friends on a regular basis. I am goal driven and like a challenge! I recently moved to a small town 5 hours from family and friends. I have no friends and no social outlet. My husband is wonderful and we do many things together but I miss having girlfriends. My work place has filled some need but I work and live about an hour from each other. I joined a yoga studio in hope of meeting people and making a friend. Fail. I joined water aerobics another fail. I tried another studio and attend TRX classes this was better but I hurt and classes were not always matching my work schedule so consistency was not there.
Let me share that I am gluten and soy free due to intolerance not allergy and should be dairy free as well but did not want to give up cheese and yogurt and ice cream of course! I all ready felt deprived and sad because I was limited in what I could eat, all my eating pleasures were restricted. Remember I don't like vegetables and only like a few fruits.
My 50th birthday was fast approaching, I felt old and fat. My numbers reflected poor health as well: my cholesterol was on the high side, my BMI was in the obese range, I had more fat than muscle and my visceral fat was high. I was heading toward stroke or heart attack. I needed to make some changes. I was tired of being fluffy. 
Fast forward to joining teamjesbon. My daughter Victoria Klees is training to be a bikini beast! I am so proud of her dedication and her transformation has been inspiring. I asked her what she thought about me joining teamjesbon. She told me to do it only if I was going to follow what Jess said. She also said I would definitely see results. I asked Jess lots of questions and then committed to 8 weeks.
Now overall make better food choices and my body doesn't hurt! This also gave me a place to use my love of cooking and baking; Creating or modifying recipes to meet my macros with yummy food! A future in food blogging potentially!
Why did this work for me? It was very structured Jess gives you a meal plan, Grocery list, daily cardio plan, weight training plan with videos, daily macros and weekly positive accolades and daily availability to answer questions.
Second and most importantly I had excellent support from both my husband and daughter. When I wanted to quit or cheat one or both were there to encourage, scold or push. My love language is words of affirmation and I got that from Jessica, Wayne and Victoria. I also rewarded myself with new gym clothes and halfway through with a Kohls shopping day! I dropped a size in clothes much to my surprise! The best surprise was the motivation and accountability my co-workers gave me! My friend Joyce bought me a shirt that said sleep, eat, gym repeat.
My fitness journey is just starting. I no longer hate exercise or the gym, I don't love it yet but it no longer is my nemesis. The hardest part for me still is the eating for fuel instead of pleasure! I am dairy free now thanks to Jessica! I couldn't have done it on my own. But when I cheat that's where I go. I have a journey to travel yet for total nutritional change. 
My next goal is to learn to fit all that I have learned into realistic daily life for me. Teamjesbon has given me the tools and knowledge. I may find that daily workouts and cardio are realistic and the new me lifestyle! I may also learn that living within my daily macros is not such a horrible thing! Actually just the 50 g carb days are hard.
After that the sky is the limit! I may be the oldest bikini beast on the team or the next team chef in the making! Either way Teamjesbon opened the door to health and fitness and there's no stopping me now!

​I began my journey with my fellow bikini beasts in December of 2014. After 15+ years of playing numerous sports and being in various lifting programs I couldn’t seem to figure out how to get myself back into the shape I once was.  Unfortunately, I tried unhealthy ways, which lead me to become even unhappier with myself, and put me into a bigger hole than I started with. After reaching out to Jess and getting signed up for the program, it took about one day for me to reach back out to Jess and confess that I didn’t think I could do it, and it’s not going to work. Jess convinced me to stay with the program for just one week and see how I feel after the week is complete. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Jess convincing me to stick it out for that one short week. Four months later, I can proudly say I am more confident now than I have ever been. Jess not only puts her time, but all of her heart into this team, and making sure each one of us succeeds. This program has taught me that it’s good to eat and its good to want to be better. I could not imagine where I would be today if Jess wouldn’t have convinced me to stay. I truly believe that if you work hard and trust the program, you will get whatever results you are hoping to achieve, and I can 100% attest to that.  Fifteen pounds lighter, and more toned than I have ever been before, I can’t wait to see what is coming next!

​Fitness has been an important factor in my life for the past 5 years, working out 5 days a week and eating fairly clean. Little did I know that was just the beginning. After a few years of being a cardio girl, I stepped up my game and started weight training. I've known Jessie on a personal level and always admired her passion for fitness and her success in the industry. She mentioned the idea of competing to me, which was something I always admired but didn't think I had the potential or confidence to do so. I knew that she would be with me every step of the way so I decided I would give it a shot. I'm thankful to have her as a friend and a coach to have developed me not only as a competitor but as a person as well. Not only have I gained friendships through this journey, but I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and self confidence that I wouldn't have otherwise had I not taken his path. It's just the beginning to great things!

​I started working with Coach Jessica just over two months ago. I had always been involved in sports and was very active, however, I was not seeing any results. I am currently deployed so at first getting all the workouts and meals in with my schedule was tough. I changed my schedule to make training with Team JesBon my main priority. I started waking up at 430 am to make sure I was able to get on equipment at the gym, I followed the diet plan at the chow hall even though they offer so much junk food, and I even started to eat TUNA (which I had never done before so this was BIG). Each and every week i was getting better at morning cardio and lifting. And each and every week I saw progress. I have become so much more confident as a result of my fitness journey.These Bikini Beasts that I call my team are truly amazing guys girls. They are so welcoming, inspiring, motivational, and just all around bad ass individuals. I am so proud of all of them and could not have gotten where I am today without the support of them and Coach Jessica. I can't wait to see the progress I make over the rest of my deployment and hope to compete when I get back.

​My good friend Bridget, approached me at the school gym and asked, “What are you training for?” I told her that I just like to lift and it’s my high. After that, I began lifting with Bridge, and I absolutely loved the lifts with her. She then started persuading me into training for a competition. Several weeks after that, I was fortunate enough to meet her coach, Jessie Bonincontri. My mind raced as I had constant doubt of actually being able to step on the stage, being a poor college kid that liked to party on the weekends and indulge in whatever food I wanted, but Jessie made a great point that flickered up my faith- starting this process is never a good time. It’s up to you to JUST DO IT- to press as hard as you can and your passion will be revealed to many.  I reflected on this thought for a couple of weeks and I realized that God has presented this opportunity to test me- to test my ambition, my limits/capabilities, and most important, my faith. I’ve been training with Jessie since mid November 2014. Its been four months and I’m a little under a month out for my very first NPC bikini competition! Long story short, this process has made many transformations in my character and my lifestyle. I am a witness of God’s great works that YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING, but its all in you. YOU are what you set yourself up to be. Every obstacle you face, whether it be resisting that party you wanted to go to, eat donuts, skip A.M. cardio, or financials since you’re basically eating for two people- maintaining faith to whatever higher power you follow (mine being God obviously) and with Jessie’s coaching is the base of what you grow from. This process is not easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it. It’s up to you to bite that bullet and walk through the testing trials. Here is a quote that I read most frequent to remind myself that through God, anything is possible- “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7 I want to give a huge thanks to my parents, Julie and Steve Aderman, my big sister/other half, Allyson; my past and present mentors: Mr. and Mrs. Bunting, Willy Price, Karlie Allgeyer, all my friends at school and home, my boss, Pat Dunn; Kathy and Tess Olson, Pastor Deb Mallek/ Refuge Fellowship Church in Stevens Point, coach Jessie Bonincontri and God. These people and many others’ support have raised me to be where I am at on this process. So here is my word of advice to all who have big dreams like me: think, pray, speak then act for everything.

My name is Jim Bernacchi. I am a 45 year old father of four who grew up in Wisconsin and I now live in Long Beach, CA. I love cardio and I love the gym. I work out 5-6 days a week. If I'm not working out I'm riding my bike on the beach. My fitness routine and diet have become stale and I haven't seen progress in years. I wanted to try something different so I found Coach JB online and thought I'd try her program. Loved her spirit and the fact she's a fellow Packer fan. I'm so happy with the program. The diet plan and daily work out routines are on point. I'm already seeing results and looking forward to lots of beach days ahead. Who says a 45 year old can't have a 20 year old body?

​I have been involved with fitness for a few years now & about a year ago I decided I would really like to compete in a competition. Why not show off something your passionate about? 
When I decided this I had no idea how to go about bulking, cutting etc. Until I heard about a great group called TeamJesBon' s bikini beasts. I heard nothing but good things about it and how it's it's a place where others motivate and inspire one another. What would be more perfect than working towards something you love with a group that has those same goals. We motivate eachother not only to push harder in the gym, but our goals in everyday life and the struggles each one of us is going through. We're here to help eachother out no matter what the struggle might be. We push eachother to be the best we can be. I love these girls. They are all so passionate with what they do and we are all winners. 
This group has gotten me to where I want to be and I can't wait to continue with these beautiful people.

​All my life I have valued the importance of health. I ran cross country and track in high school to keep in shape. In college I discovered my love of lifting and decreased my running as I saw more positive changes with lifting. I followed a bunch of fitness women on Instagram and really admired how muscles made them look.  I made it my goal to make changes in my life to look and become strong. I had no idea where to start because just following any fitness program I found on the internet was not giving me the results I was looking for. I had Jessica Bonincontri in a few of my Kinesiology classes and I was inspired by how she carried herself. Not just how fit she was but how she shared valuable information in class. I saw that she has done bodybuilding, so I decided to talk to her about it. One day I asked her about it and she offered to coach me. With her guidance, I competed in my first NPC Bodybuilding competition in October 2014. It was a very rewarding experience that gave me a different outlook on life. I believe if you want something in life, you will obtain it. It will take work, dedication and perseverance but in time you will get there. I enjoyed the show so much I competed in another one that November. Now I'm a part of TeamJESBON, which it a team filled with awesome people from all different walks of life with various goals they want to reach in health and fitness. It is an amazing team and I am glad to be a part of it!


 The biggest reward of all, was that my progress had motivated other people. It makes me more than happy seeing others change their lifestyles in a healthy way. I believe in wanting to do what you wish to do in life. Don't let outside factors try to steer you away from your dreams. Once you can focus on yourself, then you truly will achieve anything. I want to help others by motivating them to make positive changes. I believe in real process where there are struggles because perfection doesn't exist. But every step counts and reaching it is most satisfactory. Success is not the end result because once you find that something you're passionate about, you never stop chasing that happiness.

My name is Maya Puleo and I am 20 years old. I am SO proud to be a teamjesbon athlete and am lucky to have such a supportive team and Jessica Bonincontri as my coach! My experience on this team has been so rewarding and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. My goal is to push myself to be the best that I can be and inspire others to reach their goals along the way. I plan to step on stage this year and rock it out in the NPC bikini division!


Erika 

"I can't believe all these girls are starting to weight lift. They are bound to look like men." These were my thoughts before I started my fitness journey. It was easier for me to cut down a process I knew nothing about rather then just making the change inside of me and accepting the fact that I wasn't happy with my own body. Before starting this journey, I felt as if I was just a stay at home mom. Being the best mom I could be was the only thing that crossed my mind and I was slowly starting to lose focus on myself as an individual. I lost touch of the Erika I wanted to be. I have always been thin and super skinny, which is something I have been made fun of. I was sick of being skinny and wanted to be proud of my body. During this journey I have gained so much confidence in all sorts of things such as personally and my growing group of friends/teammates, just to name a few. Joining Team Jesbon has helped change me and has continued to help me grow. I love the feeling I have when I look in the mirror and get dressed everyday. I love my stress relieving workouts. The friends I have made throughout this journey and the time I spend with my husband at the gym have been incredible also. I am also excited about the example I have been setting for my daughter to follow a healthy lifestyle. This team is such a blessing. My fitness journey has taught me accountability. I can't slack on myself, the diet, or on my workouts because the results will be right there, staring back at me in the mirror. I'm happy that I have control with what my outcome will be. My fitness results rely on me and my hard work. Joining Team Jesbon, I found myself again. I found something that I'm passionate about, and when I go to the gym I'm not just a stay at home mom, or a housewife. I'm a strong self loving woman. I see sexy. I see hardwork. I see passion. I found me.

​About a year and a half ago, I started getting really serious about fitness.  Before this, I could never stay consistent with going to the gym and eating healthy.  Once I started college, I was introduced to a friend in a class who had the same goals as well as the same struggles I was having.  We started working out together and helped each other stay motivated at the gym every day.  After about three months I started seeing results and I was addicted and have been ever since.  At the beginning of 2015, I decided that I wanted to get even more serious and really test my limits; I wanted to compete in a bikini competition for the first time. This is something that I never that was possible for me.   That is when I heard about Coach JB and was confident that she could help me be push past my limits and expectations.  Even though I have only been on the team for a few weeks, I can start to see small changes in my body that I was unable to achieve on my own.  I am so excited to be a part of this team and cannot wait to see what the future has in store!!

They have done nothing but motivate and inspire me to keep pushing through. I will admit that I have slacked at times due to school, work, and sickness getting in the way, however, I have not let that keep me down. I remember what got me started and I continue to push through. With the meal plan Jess provides along with her extensive workout schedule and designated reps per your weight YOU can and WILL succeed. I have never been more motivated in my life. Every day I notice my body changing and becoming stronger and leaner. The team Jess has put together is truly a fitness family that keeps you going when the going gets tough. But I've learned that if you TRUST the PROCESS you won't be disappointed.”

​I've always been pretty active however I was not seeing the results I wanted.  Not going to lie, I always wanted to look like one of the figure models.  I was also hitting a plateau with my training and couldn't get over a nagging shoulder injury.  On top of that, I had some medical/health issues lately and just couldn't get my act together. I got in touch with Jess and these 4 months have been amazing!  I'm seeing all sorts of progress-I'm over my shoulder injury, and I'll be competing in my first ever competition in April!  I finally have that body!!  But the most important part, I got my health issues resolved!  I will always have to be careful with what I eat, but I no longer have any of the side effects!!  Jess and the team have also helped me become a much happier, healthier and positive person. I no longer look at things negatively.  Could never have done this with Jess and TeamJesBon!!

I started my fitness journey in 2012.  My weight had reached 268 due to medical reasons and depressions.  I knew I had to do something if I wanted to be around to watch my son grow up.  In July I had the gastric sleeve surgery.  It has been a huge aid to my weight loss but its only a tool.  I had to change my lifestyle.  I learned how to eat healthier, eliminated crap from my diet, got my ass to the gym at least 5 days a week. I recently joined TEAMJESBON, and it has been a great decision!  I know I have accomplished a lot but with the help from Coach Jess and my continuing work with my trainer at the gym I know I am going to crush my goals!

I am Erin and I am a part of the amazing bikini beasts! The picture on the left was me last summer where I would work out three hours a day and did not understand how to diet the right way. I felt like I was stuck and I would never be able to reach my goals. I started to give up until I heard about Jessica's training. She taught me how to train smarter not harder, and how to eat the right foods, not "diet". I honestly can say without this program I would not be participating in my first competition this Spring and feel as confident as I do! 

Faith

​Since high school I have always been involved with sports, exercise and activities. In college, I was a spinning instructor. I loved being at the gym and surrounded by people that wanted to be healthy and striving to meet their goals. Then life happened. I was distracted & focused on my career that my health was on a back burner. It was a domino affect. Not only did I gain weight but I felt the stress literally on my shoulders. I loss my confidence, the 'want' to go to the gym or even simply being around people. I didn't want them to see me like this. As my hole grew deeper, it was harder every day to crawl out of. Finally, my cousin told me to spend the summer with her to get back on track. She taught me a few things back in the gym, healthy food choices & just that bit of change in my body to feel good again. Once I returned home..it was back to reality and back to bad habits. A month in- I was done. I changed my career, bought my own place in a new area and decided enough is enough. No more excuses. If I wanted my life back I needed to take charge and responsibility, take a deep breath and just do it. First step- completely changed my diet. Second step- wanted to get my butt back in the gym and gain some muscles and gain confidence! In order for this to happen I needed help. I needed guidance. That is where Coach Jessica Bonincontri came in! I joined her team and from that day on I knew I wouldn't look back. Her guidance mixed with the team's support has helped me in so many ways not just with my weight but with my life!  The feeling of empowering myself and  taking control is insane. All things from my posture to reaction to stress to the intrinsic feeling of accomplishment, continue to change and get stronger. Here I am now, 20- something pounds lighter with muscles I have never seen before and feeling strong and healthy. With Team JesBon and Coach Jessie I am able to succeed. I am able to take a day at a time and always go forward on this Healthy Faith-kicks butt adventure.

I will not steal, sell, copy, make negative disparaging comments regarding TeamJesBon LLC programs, or duplicate any of the information that is provided to me by TeamJesBon LLC. I will not take on the role of becoming an online coach or trainer during or after completing TeamJesBon LLC programs.

Assumption of Risk and Liability
I understand that the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Online Coaching Policies and Procedures are permitted to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the state of Wisconsin and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

I understand that the activities in which I participate in may range from strenuous to sedentary. I understand that I, in consultation with my physician, am the best judge of my physical condition, and I will consider this when engaging in various physical exercises at TeamJesBon LLC. I have been advised to consult with qualified medical personnel for any injury that I may sustain and to advise TeamJesBon LLC coach should I become dizzy, nauseated, or light-headed, or suffer any sudden or severe pains, or face any issues with any supplements or macronutrients recommended.
I further understand that the equipment used in exercise programs can be complicated and dangerous if not properly used, and I will seek advice from qualified TeamJesBon LLC personnel before using any equipment with which I am not familiar and properly trained. I further understand that participation in the fitness training TeamJesBon LLC is entirely voluntary on my part. I have been further advised that I am responsible for carrying my own medical insurance and that TeamJesBon LLC is not an insurer of my activities or incidences.
 
 
Payment and Training Policies 
I understand that each program provided by TeamJesBon LLC differs. I understand that I am paying for a service and will only receive the list of services listed on TeamJesBon.com

All Sales are Final
I acknowledge that no refund will be given before, during, or after completion of the program. Each program is to be paid prior to website log-in. TeamJesBon LLC packages must be completed within one year of purchase date. If on a payment plan for a TeamJesBon LLC package, I understand that I am committed to pay the full amount of the package chosen.

Default and late payments: Should I default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, TeamJesBon LLC will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when a payment is due under this agreement is more than ten days late. Should any payment be more than 10 days late, I am aware that I will be charged a $150.00 late fee.
