I understand that TeamJesBon LLC Online Personal Training will construct a program from the material I provided. I understand that a Coach is not a physician and cannot replace the advice of a physician. I understand that I have the complete right to stop or decrease exercise at any time during a session and that it is my obligation to inform the Coach of any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.

I understand that I should not participate in any activities at TeamJesBon LLC while under the influence of drugs (unless specifically approved by my physician) or alcohol.

I understand that the grocery list and supplement list provided by TeamJesBon LLC is optional. I am aware that I do not need to eat specific foods or take specific supplements to achieve results. If I am allergic or have a reaction to a specific food or supplement TeamJesBon LLC is not responsible for my decision to ingest specific foods/supplements.

I will avoid any foods and/or supplements I may be allergic to.
If I feel unhealthy or have a reaction to a specific food or supplement I am will contact my physician immediately.

Non-Compete
I will not steal, sell, copy, make negative disparaging comments regarding TeamJesBon LLC programs, or duplicate any of the information that is provided to me by TeamJesBon LLC. I will not take on the role of becoming an online coach or trainer during or after completing TeamJesBon LLC programs.

Assumption of Risk and Liability
I understand that the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Online Coaching Policies and Procedures are permitted to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the state of Wisconsin and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

I understand that the activities in which I participate in may range from strenuous to sedentary. I understand that I, in consultation with my physician, am the best judge of my physical condition, and I will consider this when engaging in various physical exercises at TeamJesBon LLC. I have been advised to consult with qualified medical personnel for any injury that I may sustain and to advise TeamJesBon LLC coach should I become dizzy, nauseated, or light-headed, or suffer any sudden or severe pains, or face any issues with any supplements or macronutrients recommended.
I further understand that the equipment used in exercise programs can be complicated and dangerous if not properly used, and I will seek advice from qualified TeamJesBon LLC personnel before using any equipment with which I am not familiar and properly trained. I further understand that participation in the fitness training TeamJesBon LLC is entirely voluntary on my part. I have been further advised that I am responsible for carrying my own medical insurance and that TeamJesBon LLC is not an insurer of my activities or incidences.

Payment and Training Policies
I understand that each program provided by TeamJesBon LLC differs. I understand that I am paying for a service and will only receive the list of services listed on TeamJesBon.com

All Sales are Final
I acknowledge that no refund will be given before, during, or after completion of the program. Each program is to be paid prior to website log-in. TeamJesBon LLC packages must be completed within one year of purchase date. If on a payment plan for a TeamJesBon LLC package, I understand that I am committed to pay the full amount of the package chosen.

Default and late payments: Should I default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, TeamJesBon LLC will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when a payment is due under this agreement is more than ten days late. Should any payment be more than 10 days late, I am aware that I will be charged a $150.00 late fee.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Anything provided by TeamJesBon LLC; email messages, website, any documents, files, or previous e-mail messages attached to it, may contain information that is confidential, proprietary, and/or legally privileged. If the reader of this message is neither the intended recipient nor an online trainee for TeamJesBon LLC e-mail this message to the intended recipient bikinibeast@teamjesbon.net, you are hereby notified that any unauthorized review, use disclosure, or distribution of this communication is strictly prohibited. Disclosing this information, or any document, webpage, file, or e-mail messages attached to it to anyone other than the intended recipient may cause the disclosing party to be liable. If you have received this communication in error, please notify the sender by replying to the e-mail message and delete it from your computer without reading it or saving it in any manner.

I am aware that TeamJesBon is a fitness coaching service. If information sent via email is deemed harmful, TeamJesBon LLC is authroized to share the emails/information with doctors, counselors, and lawyers.

I understand that once I log into my web page my program has started.
