Once you are registered I will send you an email with the trip details, packing list, and and any other additional information you may need for your upcoming experience.

I loved this trip! I've never been out of the country before so I was a little nervous but Jess was so prepared that everything went as smooth as possible. I would recommend a fitness vacation because it was fun learning so many new active things. You feel great after the workout and don't feel guilty about not being active. Puts you in a great mood after! I work out 6-7 days a week. Anyone could do this! It helps to do it with others because it was also motivating. The accommodations were great. Although we didn't even stay in our rooms much due to being so active! I moved the workouts. They were completely different than my normal weightlifting. The instructors broke everything down for us beginners. Jess was super helpful with everything! We were never bored or lost on anything. We did a boat tour that was amazing going to a few different beaches and snorkeling. It was one of the highlights along with a beach day at a nice restaurant. This trip has been amazing from the food to the workouts to the extra fun activities. I would recommend this trip to everyone!

I absolutely loved this vacation! I would definitely recommend this vacation for anyone because it's a good way to stay fit and improve your quality of life.
It was hard work but we also had alot of fun. We went on an amazing boat tour, got to snorkel, got to lay on the beach,went to a monkey Island, had a wonderful day at the beach playing volleyball in eating amazing food, and we got massages!
Jesse was absolutely amazing! She answered any questions and helped if we needed anything.
Yes, I have traveled before but never out of the country. For my fitness level I would say I would go in spurts and work out about 2 to 3 days a week for about an hour. The accommodations were good. They give you just what you need.
The workouts were tough but definitely worth it! I felt accomplish after being done with each one. The workouts were fast pace but if you need a break you could definitely take one.
I had such a wonderful time! This was one of the best vacations I've ever experienced!
